As a part of their initiative to improve efficiency and productivity, they wanted a partner who understood the life insurance business, coupled with expertise in UX / UI. This was an ongoing project that was spread across various functions: Compliance, HR, Marketing and Distribution.

Distribution: Business tracking app for agency branch managers,
lead allocation and management for agents of Axis Bank and several others based on sales campaigns

Marketing: UX for new pages / modified pages on the Max Life
website. This was an ongoing activity

Compliance: Digitisation of the quarterly IRDAI certification, AML
training modules, etc
