UI, UX and front-end Development

Ikokas plays an integral part in every new product or service offering, whenever they have launched a new product over the past 4 years. We have designed various UI and UX processes and done the frontend development on several instances for functions such as cross-selling additional cards, creating a dedicated collections portal, enhancing credit limit, updating and improvising their customer chatbot. This is a long-term retainer relationship and we are involved in the pre and post-login customer journeys on their web portal.
